Our returns policy lasts for 30 days from the date you receive the item. If time has exceeded 30 days we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a refund or exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition in which the item was received, It must also be in original packaging.
*Please note that we cannot accept returns/exchanges on earrings due to hygiene

We appreciate our entire customer base around the globe for shopping at Blanksn Jewellery. Should you choose to return your item, you have 30 days from the day when you received or acquired physical possession of the item. We are not able provide prepaid return labels however you will be able to process the return via the Returns Portal.
It will then be your responsible for covering the shipping costs via your local carrier. Please mail your return items to our Returns Centre at the address stated below. Be sure to include a note of your Returns ID in the parcel to avoid delay in the returns process:

Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return parcel may take several weeks to reach us. Please allow 5-7 working days to process your return once it is delivered to our Returns Centre. Once your return is fully processed, we will issue you a full refund of the amount you paid excluding any admin fees.
Please note Blanksn Jewellery is not responsible for returns until they reach our Returns Centre. Keep your proof of postage along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return parcels that are lost or stolen in transit.

There are situations where only partial refunds will be available (if applicable) these include:
Obvious signs of use
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts or not in original packaging that are not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after date of delivery.
Once we received your item(s) and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will notify you whether we will issue a refund/reject a refund. If eligible for a refund we will process the refund and credit the original payment method used for initial purchase. Please allow up to 7-10 working days to appear on your account.
If you haven’t received your refund within 7-10 working days, please contact your original payment method, there may be delays on their behalf, if you have done this and you still haven’t received your refund please contact us on: email@example.com
If the item was bought for you as a gift, once the returns item is received/inspected we will email a Credit Note to email address supplied.
You are liable for paying your returned item(s) shipping costs, Shipping costs are non-refundable, if a refund is granted the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
*We recommend you using a trackable shipping method i.e: Signed for/Tracked.*
